Are there times when a hotel room may be a better choice for you? Sure. An example being when you’re in town overnight for a convention and the San Diego convention center is right next door. A hotel room in that situation just makes sense. But, generally speaking, if you’re with a group and want to get the most out of your holiday, and your money, choosing a vacation rental home has HUGE advantages.
